YIN YOGA

Rooted in traditional Chinese medicine, Yin Yoga is a meditative practice that focuses on stretching connective tissues like ligaments, tendons, and fascia, rather than muscles. In this slow-paced style, you'll hold poses passively for 1 to 5 minutes or longer, using props such as blankets, blocks, and bolsters to enhance comfort.

This approach helps you relax deeply, release stress, and achieve a balance of effort and ease. Each extended pose encourages introspection and mindfulness, aiding in cultivating a meditative state.

Yin Yoga aims to improve energy flow through the body's meridians, boosting flexibility, joint health, and overall well-being. It is suitable for all experience levels and is especially good for enhancing flexibility and inner calm.

VINYASA YOGA

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic style that links breath with movement, forming a fluid sequence of poses. Each class smoothly transitions through a variety of standing, balancing, seated, and inverted poses, enhancing strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health while cultivating mindfulness.

Classes begin with warm-ups and Sun Salutations to prepare the body, focusing on mindful breathing and proper alignment. Each session concludes with a relaxation and meditation period (savasana), leaving students feeling rejuvenated.

Our experienced instructors tailor each class to accommodate all levels, offering modifications and advancements.
