Cold Water Therapy

Heat Therapy

At OM | Zen Garden, we believe in using heat therapy to promote relaxation and stimulate various physiological responses.

Our modality of choice is infrared saunas, which use heat to penetrate deeper into the skin to increase circulation and oxygenation. Our hot baths provide a similar effect, using hot water to relax muscles and joints, ease tension, and soothe the mind.

We are committed to providing a space where you can unwind, relax, and rejuvenate your mind and body.

Co-Owner and Head Instructor

Mark Lim is an experienced Jiu-Jitsu instructor at Zen Jiu Jitsu Academy. Mark has accumulated years of training, teaching, and competition experience since 2009. Mark practices a strategic style of Jiu-Jitsu focused on foundational techniques, longevity, and overall health. His instructional principles involve an ecological approach to learning, utilizing kinesthetic, positional, and resistance-based drilling techniques.

Sheona Golden

Co-Owner and Mindful Movement Coach

Sheona is a dedicated practitioner, coach and mentor at OM | Zen Garden, under the guidance of Chris Shahgholi, the Owner and Blackbelt of 10Planet East Long Island. With 7 years of Jiu-Jitsu training under her belt, Sheona's athletic prowess isn't confined to the mat alone; she was a competitive Basketball and Soccer player throughout her high school and college years.
