What is it that brings you peace? When do you feel most tranquil and calm? How are you encouraged to slow down and breathe? Starting with these questions will help you find your OM. The exciting news is that your OM is unique to you. For some this looks like spending time alone, or going on a nature hike. For others it could mean being with loved ones, curling up with a good book, or relaxing in a hot bath. We are here to encourage you to explore those good feeling feelings and help you learn how to access them at anytime.
