Come join us for a fun filled morning of youth yoga, crafts and activities. This workshop is for kids age 7-12 years old. It sets the tone and gives both children and parents an idea of what to expect for the upcoming children's yoga camp. The workshop and camp gives an introduction to the world of yoga through imagination, mindful meditation, movement, creativity, and play. It allows kids to gain a deeper understanding of their feelings and useful coping techniques for working through touch emotions.  Space is limited. Only 10 spots available.
