During your visit you will have access to our open mat space to exercise and stretch before your garden visit. Access to our indoor lounge area, lockers and showers is included. Afterwards make your way to the garden to begin your self-paced recovery and relaxation session.

Open Mat Space

Movement is different for everyone, but most agree it is essential for overall wellness. Our open mat space is fitted with 2'-inch mats that are perfect for movement practices like yoga, jiu jitsu, and calisthenics. Body weighted exercises are a perfect way to reduce injuries and increase mobility and strength while flowing through natural movement patterns.

Thermal Spa

Hot tub sessions allow your muscles to relax and recover from inflammation. Properly scheduling your soaks during your weekly exercise session is the best way to stay attune to your body's cycles of stress and recovery, and to progress your workouts.
